Freiya offers flexible subscription tiers designed to match researchers at every stage of their journey. Whether you're a student just getting started or a seasoned researcher with an extensive library, there's a plan for you.

## Choosing the right tier

**Monthly billing:**

## Managing your subscription

### Upgrade your plan

  When downgrading, ensure your usage is within the new tier's limits. Papers exceeding the limit become read-only.

### Cancel subscription

**What happens when you cancel:**

* Access continues until period end
* Automatically downgraded to Free tier
* Data retained for 30 days
* Can resubscribe anytime

  No refunds for partial billing periods, but you keep access until your paid period ends.

## Frequently asked questions

    Yes! You can upgrade instantly or downgrade at the end of your billing period. Your data transfers seamlessly.

    All your data is preserved. If you exceed the new limits (e.g., 500 papers → 5), existing papers become read-only until you delete some or upgrade again.

    No, monthly limits reset on the 1st of each month.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Is there a student discount?">

  <Accordion title="Can I get a refund?">
    We offer refunds within 14 days of initial purchase if Freiya isn't the right fit. Contact [support@ederspark.com](mailto:support@ederspark.com).

  <Accordion title="What payment methods do you accept?">
    We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. International payments are supported.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Is my payment information secure?">
    Yes! We use Stripe for payment processing. We never store your payment information on our servers.

  <Accordion title="Can I pause my subscription?">
    Subscription pausing is not currently available, but you can cancel and resubscribe anytime without losing data (retained for 30 days).
